You ask once. Roona goes round your tools.

Your business software, your mailbox, your files, your spreadsheets: once connected, Roona fetches what is needed, writes what you approve, and hands you the finished work.

The 19 apps Roona already knows

Copying an address from the business software into a letter. Digging an amount out of a spreadsheet to put it back into an email. Looking up a product reference to paste it into a quotation. Each gesture takes two minutes and shows up nowhere. Added up over a week, they are the ones filling your evenings. Connecting your tools to Roona removes those trips: you ask in the conversation thread, and the file is complete in every one of your programs without your having opened them.

A client calls: the quotation goes out before they hang up

Roona finds their record in your business software, takes your prices, writes the proposal in your house style, sets the follow-up for ten days out and prepares the email. You read it over, fix one line, send. You opened no other program.

Your mailbox sorts itself while you are on site

Once Gmail, Outlook or any other mailbox is connected, Roona files, summarises the threads that matter and prepares the replies. Nothing goes out before you have read it.

Tuesday’s video call is set, and so are the tasks

Roona creates the meeting in Zoom, prepares the invitation with the agenda and, from your notes, puts the resulting tasks into Asana, Trello or Monday with their due dates. What used to eat the end of the meeting now takes as long as saying it.

The right file, without opening ten folders

Drive, Dropbox, Notion: Roona finds the clause in the right document, quotes the exact passage with the file name, and uses it to reply.

Your visuals go out the same day

From Canva, Roona finds the right design, exports it as a PDF for the printer or a PNG for social, and uploads your new photos into your assets.

You stay in charge, tool by tool

You connect what you want, disconnect in one gesture from your account, and whatever you leave off does not exist for Roona. Nothing ever goes out unprompted, and anything that could delete something asks for your approval every single time.

123 apps, the full list

19 that we integrated ourselves: Airtable, Asana, Canva, Discord, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, GitHub, Google Workspace, HubSpot, IMAP and SMTP, Jira, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Notion, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Slack, Trello and Zoom. And 114 more through an open protocol, in six families: development (26), finance, HR and legal (24), creative and content (23), productivity (18), commerce and marketing (12), and support and communication (11). Every catalogue entry says where its claims come from.

How it works

  1. You sign in once to each tool, through its official procedure. 61 apps connect in a single click.
  2. You ask in plain language, in the conversation thread. Roona picks which tool to look in, and in which order.
  3. Roona shows you what is about to be written before doing it, and hands you the result in the same thread.

Frequently asked questions

My tool is not on your list. What do I do?

You connect it anyway, through its address. The catalogue is a shortcut for the most requested apps, not a boundary: any reachable server can be linked, including a tool a contractor built for your company.

Does my data end up with you?

No. Roona queries your tool when it is needed, uses the answer during the task, and files it nowhere outside your conversation. What travels is encrypted and hosted in Europe, and is never used to train an artificial intelligence.

Can Roona send a message or delete something on my behalf?

Roona never sends anything unprompted. The few actions that can delete something ask for your approval every single time, and that behaviour cannot be switched off.

How long does it take to connect a tool?

61 apps connect in one click: you authorise, and that is that. About ten ask you to paste a token obtained from the vendor. The rest ask you to create an application at the vendor, which takes a few minutes and is done once.

And if I want to stop?

You remove access from your account, in one step, without writing to us and without delay. Roona stops seeing that tool immediately.

Can my colleagues see what I have connected?

No. Each person connects what they want, for themselves. In an organisation, sharing rules stay those of your tool, not ours.
