Paste your website address: Roona reads your pages and understands your services, your clients and the way you talk about them. Five minutes, not a forty-field form. No website? A brochure or a couple of quotes is enough to get started.
Drop in a few documents: a quote, a report, an article, a page from your catalogue. Roona takes its cue from them to write the way your business writes, in your vocabulary and on brand. You can add more as you go, without ever starting over from the beginning.
Nothing goes out without your sign-off. You correct it, Roona remembers the correction: you never have to make the same one twice. If a result isn’t right, you say what needs to change and it picks up from there rather than starting again from scratch.
Not a demo: your first real document, with your words and your figures. Pick the task that costs you the most time this week, and start with that one.
Roona also sits as a side panel inside your Office applications. You stay in the document, it works alongside you. That’s step two, once your first deliverable is out: it takes five minutes and is done from within the application itself.
