Flexible monthly packs

If your workload picks up, add a credit pack (the same packs apply to both plans). Change it, increase it or stop it whenever you want.

Additional credit packs

Add credits when business picks up, without changing your subscription. These are monthly packs, stacked on top of your plan, which you can change or stop at any time; 30% of unused credits carry over to the following month.

What’s the difference between Roona Studio and RoonaWorks?

Roona Studio (€10/month excl. VAT) covers visual creation: photo, product, property, brand, video, voice. RoonaWorks (€20/month excl. VAT) adds the whole assistant, chat, memory of your documents, Office add-ins, and includes Roona Studio.

What is a credit?

A credit is a unit of work. A simple request uses few, a complex task uses more. You only pay for what you genuinely use.

What happens if I go over my included credits?

Nothing unexpected: RoonaWorks stops rather than sending you a surprise bill. You can add a credit pack whenever you want, and stop it afterwards.

Do credits roll over from month to month?

Your included allowance refills every month. For additional packs, 30% of unused credits carry over to the following month.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can move from Roona Studio to RoonaWorks (or back) at any time, with no commitment.

Do you have an offer for teams?

Yes. The Enterprise plan (on request) covers accounts for the whole team, shared credits with per-person caps, usage oversight, and human support with team training. Write to us at roona@roonaworks.com.

Does the free trial need a card?

No. No credit card is required: you create your account and test for 14 days. You only enter a payment method if you decide to subscribe.

Is there a minimum term?

No. No commitment, cancellable in one click from your account, at any time.

Where is my data hosted?

In Europe. Your data is isolated and is never used to train the AI.

How do the credit packs work?

They are extra credits in the form of a monthly subscription, identical for both plans. Change them, increase them or stop them at any time.

What currency am I billed in?

In euros, wherever you are. If your account is in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.
