Roona is built to produce, not just to talk. It learns from your documents, writes in the vocabulary of your trade, and hands you finished files, ready to send.
Choosing an octopus to embody Roona was no accident. It’s the perfect image of decentralised, adaptable intelligence.
Each tentacle has its own autonomy while staying coordinated with the central brain. Roona handles your email, documents, schedule and visuals at the same time without losing the thread.
Like an octopus that can slip through anywhere, Roona adapts to your company’s ecosystem and brings flow and structure to it.
Roona came out of a collaboration between two efficiency specialists who had run into the same realities on the ground.
A former head of operations, Théo spent his career reorganising companies to win their time back. He brings Roona the eye of someone who knows the machinery from the inside, and makes sure every feature answers a real need. He ran operations at one of Clément’s companies before co-founding Roona.
Clément runs a construction group of more than 220 employees, with €40 million in revenue. He knows the daily life of a growing company: a great many documents, and very little time to read them over. That is the standard he brings to Roona.
