Training providers: programmes, decks, joining emails

The day before a session, the deck is not built and the joining emails have not gone out. Roona writes the programme in your template, learning objectives included, builds the slides in your brand style, prepares a draft joining email for each registered learner and finds the document your quality audit asks for, citing the file and the page. Delivery and assessment stay with the trainer, and no learner is ever graded.

The tools that count for a training centre

A training provider lives off its sessions, and spends its evenings on everything around them. The programme and its learning objectives, the training agreement, the joining emails, the session decks, the records to keep for your quality certification: none of it is visible in the room, and all of it is required. Roona takes that share of the work in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, from your templates and your earlier programmes. Roona does not grade learners and assesses no skill: delivery, assessment and the decision stay with the trainer.

The programme in your template

Objectives, audience, the run of the days, methods and arrangements, in your template. The learning objectives are still approved by the trainer.

The session deck

Five slides in your brand style, drawn from the programme. Delivery and exercises stay with the trainer.

The joining emails ready

One draft per registered learner, with the session details. Nothing goes out without your click.

How it works

  1. Open the Roona pane in Word, PowerPoint or Outlook, or describe what you need in the application.
  2. Roona reads the selection or the files you drop in, then writes, builds or prepares, drawing on your templates and your earlier programmes, citing the document and the page.
  3. You read it over, you correct an objective or a time, you ask for another version.
  4. You approve, you insert it in the document or the presentation, or you send it from Outlook. What comes back before every session, you set once, and it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI for a training provider?

An assistant that hands back a finished file in your template: programme and agreement in Word, session deck built in PowerPoint, joining emails as drafts in Outlook. Roona writes and formats; the teaching stays yours.

Does Roona grade learners?

No, never. Roona does not grade learners and assesses no skill: no marking, no ranking, no opinion on an admission. Assessment stays with the trainer, who alone decides what has been acquired and what comes next.

Does Roona write a full programme?

Yes, in your template: objectives, target audience, prerequisites, the run hour by hour, teaching methods and assessment arrangements. You approve every objective before it is published, and the content stays under your teaching responsibility.

Does Roona build the session deck?

Yes, in a pane to the right of the open presentation. Roona reads the programme, applies your layouts and builds the slides in your brand style, with the trainer notes under each one. You adjust afterwards.

Does Roona help with quality certification records?

Roona files documents in the space for the course, finds a document and cites the page, writes the reports and flags what is missing from a file. The audit, the evidence to present and compliance stay your responsibility.

Does Roona turn a session into a report?

Yes. Record the closing round or dictate your notes on the way out, up to two hours. Roona draws a summary from it: what worked, what to revisit, what to propose next. No participant is graded in it.

Does Roona send the joining emails?

No, Roona prepares them. One draft per registered learner, with the dates, the room, the directions and the documents to bring, from your list. Nothing leaves your mailbox until you click.

Do our learner files stay confidential?

Yes. Encrypted in your browser, hosted in Europe, kept separate by space, never used to train a model. You erase a file, a space or the whole account whenever you decide.

Can our freelance trainers use it?

Yes. The memory is organised into spaces, one per course if you want, with separate rights: a freelance trainer sees their own sessions, not the rest. The Enterprise plan, on request, adds the accounts, the roles and an audit log.

How much does it cost?

20 € excluding VAT per month and per account, no commitment: the assistant, the document memory, the file generators, the Office add-ins and the Studio, 100 credits a month. 14 day trial with no bank card.
