A presentation rarely takes your time on the substance: it is the layout that eats it. Aligning boxes, finding an image, redoing the colours across twelve slides, adding a summary slide the night before. An AI PowerPoint generator in a browser tab hands you one more file; Roona works in the one that is open. It opens as a pane, reads the structure of the presentation and the active slide, then acts: it creates slides from an outline, adds one between two others, writes the text in the placeholders, places a table, a shape or an image, changes a background or a colour. You describe the presentation, the slide or the tweak, in plain English, the way you would say it to a colleague. It can even render a slide as an image to judge the balance and fix whatever overflows. Every block remains an ordinary PowerPoint object, which you move and edit as usual.

Only what you submit to the pane is transmitted, encrypted, to servers located in Europe. Your presentations are never used to train an AI model. You can remove the add-in whenever you like, your files stay as they are.
