Roona takes them off your hands. You say what to follow up on and how often, and it drafts, schedules, sends and reports back on what has moved. Every message draws on your company memory, so it carries the right quote, the right amount, the right deadline and the right contact, with the source document named. And you stay in charge from start to finish: nothing goes out without your say-so unless you decide otherwise.
You send a proposal, then the week goes by. Roona spots the quote with no reply, prepares a short follow-up that recalls the amount, the date and what was offered, and puts it in front of you. One word from you and it goes.
A missed due date does not call for a cold message. Roona writes the payment reminder in your tone, with the invoice number, the balance still owed and a link to the document, then plans a second message if the silence continues.
A confirmation the day before, a summary the day after, a check-in two weeks later: you describe the sequence once, Roona sets it up and repeats it for every new client, without you having to think about it again.
The sequence stops. As soon as a reply lands in the thread, Roona holds back the messages still scheduled and tells you, with the client’s message and the file it belongs to. You take it from there: answer yourself, ask for a draft reply, or plan a new follow-up later if the conversation stalls.
You say so in a sentence, the way you would tell an assistant: “stop the follow-ups on the Duval file”. Everything scheduled disappears at once. You can also pause all your follow-ups while you are away, or suspend a single one and let the others carry on.
Only the ones you accept. By default nothing is sent without your approval: you read the message, change a word if you want to, and send. The day a sequence really suits you, you can let it run on its own, and you can take that back whenever you like.
Yes: Roona works inside your Office tools and the business mailboxes most companies use. Messages go out from your address, with your signature, and land in your sent items as if you had written them yourself. Your exchanges stay encrypted, hosted in Europe, never read by a human and never used to train a model.
