Roona listens and writes in the languages of this site, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. You can dictate in one language and ask for the summary in another, which helps when the meeting was held in English and the team reads it in French.
On a building site or in a busy cafe the transcript stays usable: Roona leans on the sense of the sentence to restore the words it only half heard. A clip-on microphone, or simply holding the phone closer, improves the result a great deal. Passages it is unsure about are flagged so you can check them at a glance.
They are encrypted and hosted in Europe. They are never used to train a model and never listened to by a person. You stay in control: keep the audio while you check the transcript, then delete it and keep only the written summary in your company memory.
Yes. The text stays editable line by line, and you can also ask for a correction out loud or in writing: rename a speaker, fix a company name, adjust a figure. Once corrected, the version that goes into the company memory is yours, not the first draft.
