Communications agencies: the recommendation built before Thursday

The recommendation is due Thursday, and Wednesday evening goes on lining up templates. Roona builds the deck in your brand style, writes the brief report in your template, highlights the channels drifting from budget and resizes the key visual for social formats. The idea, the angle and the public voice stay with the agency.

The tools that matter to an agency

An agency sells ideas, then spends its evenings formatting them. The brief report, Thursday’s recommendation, the social formats, the campaign review: document work eats into creative time. Roona takes that share in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, from your templates and the brand’s documents, and the Studio produces the visual formats. Roona does not find the idea for you: the creative work, the angle and the public voice stay with the agency.

The recommendation built

Five slides in your brand style: challenge, plan, schedule. The idea and the angle stay with the agency.

The campaign review that speaks

The gaps calculated and highlighted in the sheet, with the chart. The trade-offs stay yours.

The social formats

The formats come out of the Studio, in the brand’s colours. You choose what goes out and what you retouch.

How it works

  1. Open the Roona pane in PowerPoint, Word or Excel, or describe what you need in the app or the Studio.
  2. Roona reads the selection, the file or the brief, then writes, builds or composes, drawing on the brand guide and the documents uploaded to the brand’s space.
  3. You read it over, you change a title, a headline or a colour, you ask for another version.
  4. You approve, you insert it in the deck or the document, you export the visual, or you send from Outlook. What comes back every week, you set up once, and it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI for a communications agency?

An assistant that hands back a finished file in your brand style: the recommendation built in PowerPoint, the brief report in Word, the review highlighted in Excel, the visuals resized in the Studio. Roona formats and adapts; the idea stays yours.

Does Roona create instead of my creatives?

No. Roona takes the repetitive share: the shape of the recommendation, the right formats, the report, the figures in the review. The concept, the angle and the campaign line stay with the agency.

Does Roona follow each brand’s guidelines and tone?

Yes. Upload the brand guide, the logo and a few past campaigns to the brand’s space: the colours, the templates and the tone of voice are picked up. Each brand has its own space, walled off from the others.

Can the Studio resize a campaign visual?

Yes. From one key visual, the Studio produces the social formats, a carousel, a poster or a version for the newsletter. You choose what you keep and what you retouch.

Can Roona imitate a real person or their voice?

No, never. Roona produces nothing that passes itself off as a real person, neither image nor voice. The synthetic voices in the Studio are synthetic voices, and nothing is published without your review.

Does Roona invent figures in a review?

No. Roona works from the files you upload, cites the document and the page, and leaves blank what is not in them. You check at the source before sending anything to the client.

Does Roona work inside PowerPoint?

Yes, in a pane to the right of the open deck. Roona reads the outline, applies your templates and builds the slides in your brand style, with the notes under each one. You adjust afterwards as usual.

Does Roona turn a brief meeting into a report?

Yes. Record the meeting, up to two hours, or dictate your notes on the way out. Roona draws a report from it: context, objectives, constraints, approvals expected and next steps, in your template.

Can my project managers use it?

Yes. Memory is organised in spaces, one per brand if you want, with separate rights. The Business plan, on request and priced by number of seats, adds the accounts, shared credits, roles and an audit log.

Do my clients’ documents stay confidential?

Yes. Encrypted in your browser, hosted in Europe, walled off by space, never used to train a model. A launch plan under embargo stays in its space, and you delete it whenever you decide.

How much does it cost?

20 € excluding VAT per month and per account, no commitment: the assistant, document memory, the file generators, the Office add-ins and the Studio, 100 credits a month. 14-day trial, no card required.
