No. The figures are generated and represent no one. The architecture in the render, the volumes and the floor areas on your plans are not changed.
Yes. Planning rules, ground survey, specification, tender documents: upload the document, ask the question, the answer cites the document and the page so you can check at source. The analysis and the decision stay yours.
