Landscapers: the finished garden, then the proposal

The client signs on a promise and a few stakes. Show them the finished garden on the photo of their own plot, house and boundaries in place. The rest of the trade is writing: Roona drafts the landscaping proposal in your template, highlights the jobs that are drifting, prepares the ten day follow-up. Prices, feasibility and the soil stay yours.

The tools that matter to a landscaper

A garden is paid for months before it looks good: the client signs on a promise and a few stakes. Showing the finished garden on the real photo of the plot changes the conversation, with the pergola, the beds and the pool placed to scale, house and boundaries in place. The rest of the trade is writing: the proposal to draft, the job schedule, the site report dictated in the van, the follow-up for the client who never replied. Roona takes that share on in Word, Excel and Outlook, from your templates and your rate card, citing the document each piece of information comes from. Roona decides neither prices nor feasibility: your experience, the soil survey and the planning rules size the job.

The finished garden, on the real plot

The garden transformed on your client’s own photo, house and boundaries in place, planting at maturity. Feasibility and the soil stay yours.

The landscaping proposal

The site, the design approach, the works, the schedule, in your template. Quantities and prices still need checking.

The follow-up that goes back out

The reminder, the view of the garden and a visit date, as a draft. Nothing goes out without you.

How it works

  1. Upload the photo of the plot, taken from where the client looks at their garden, and put your rate card and your templates into the memory of your jobs.
  2. Describe the layout or the pool in plain words, with the dimensions, or open the Roona pane in Word, Excel or Outlook.
  3. Roona places the garden on the real photo of the plot, or returns the finished document: the proposal in your template, the schedule in your sheet, the follow-up in your drafts.
  4. You adjust in one sentence, you present, you send. What comes back every week, you set up once, and it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI suits a landscaper who sells on images rather than drawings?

An assistant that turns the real photo of the plot into a finished garden, with the planting at maturity, and places a pool at the dimensions you give. The export comes out in high resolution, ready for the proposal, the listing or print.

Does the render respect my client’s plot?

Yes: the render starts from the real photo, the house, the boundaries, the existing walls and trees stay in place, and only the work you asked for appears. It is a projection tool: the soil survey and the planning rules size the project.

Does Roona write my proposals with my real prices?

Yes, if you put your rate card and your supplier sheets into the memory: Roona reuses those prices, item by item, and cites the document each figure comes from. Nothing is invented, and you read it through before sending.

Does Roona build my job schedule?

Yes. In Excel, Roona writes the schedule work package by work package, with the dates, the calculated durations and the progress, in your own sheet and in the formula syntax your spreadsheet expects. You adjust for the weather and the crews available.

Does Roona turn my dictated notes into a site report?

Yes. Dictate as you leave the site, sloping ground, wall to rebuild, the client wants evergreens: the site report comes out structured in your template, ready to send the same evening.

Does Roona chase my clients for me?

Roona prepares, you send. In Outlook, the proposal you sent is found again and the follow-up is written in your tone, with the view of the garden attached and a visit date suggested. No message goes out without your click.

Do I need editing skills?

No. You describe it in plain words, Roona does the work. Each result adjusts with one sentence, the pergola further left, fewer grasses, without starting from scratch.

Does Roona connect to my management software?

No. Roona reads what you upload and returns finished files: a document, a spreadsheet, an image, a message prepared. Your management software stays yours, and Roona simply reads its exports.

Do the photos of my clients’ plots stay private?

Yes. Encrypted in your browser, hosted in Europe, kept apart by workspace, never used to train a model. The account can be deleted, GDPR and the European AI regulation respected.

Can my crew leaders use it?

Yes. The memory is organised into workspaces, one per job if you want, with separate rights. The Business plan, on request and priced by seat, adds the accounts, shared credits, roles and an audit log.

How much does it cost?

20 € excl. VAT per month and per account, no commitment: the assistant, the document memory, the file generators, the Office add-ins and the Studio, 100 credits a month. A 14-day trial with no card.
