Architects: the written side of the project

The design statement for a planning application costs you an evening of reworking the template and your notes. Roona writes the sections in your styles, highlights the packages where the bid moves away from the estimate, prepares the site meeting minutes and the reply to the contractor, and the Studio turns your facade sketch into a photorealistic render. Design, sizing and the signature stay with the architect.

The tools that matter to a practice

A practice is never short of ideas, it is short of hours. Between the design statement, the bid analysis, the site meeting minutes and the letters, the written side of a project eats the evenings. Roona takes that side on in Word, Excel and Outlook, working from your templates and your documents, and the Studio turns a sketch into a photorealistic render. Roona does not draw the project and does not size it: design and the signature stay with the architect.

The statement in your template

The sections written in your styles from your notes. Every choice is still for the architect to approve.

Bid analysis that speaks for itself

The variances calculated and highlighted in the sheet, with the chart. Choosing the contractor is still yours.

The render that makes the project visible

The sketch becomes an image you can put in front of the client, in the Studio. You adjust the tone, you export.

How it works

  1. Open the Roona pane in Word, Excel or Outlook, or describe what you need in the app or in the Studio.
  2. Roona reads the selection, the file or the sketch, then writes, analyses or composes, drawing on the templates and the documents stored in the project memory.
  3. You read it over, you fix a line or a tone, you ask for another version.
  4. You approve, you insert it in the document or the sheet, you export the render, or you send it from Outlook. Whatever comes back every week, you set it up once and it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI for an architectural practice?

An assistant that hands back a finished file in your template: statement, minutes and letters in your Word styles, variances highlighted in Excel, a reply waiting in your Outlook drafts, and a Studio that turns a sketch into a render. Roona writes and composes; the design stays yours.

Does Roona draw or size the project?

No. Roona is neither drawing software nor calculation software. Roona writes, formats, compares figures that you check, finds a piece of information inside a set of rules and produces presentation images. Design and the technical decision stay with the architect.

Is the Studio render faithful to my sketch?

The Studio starts from your sketch or your white model and makes a photorealistic image of it, with the materials and the light you describe. It is a presentation image, not a construction document: you stay in charge of the project.

Does Roona read the planning rules and the brief?

Yes. Put the rules, the brief or the tender documents in the project memory and ask your questions: the answer quotes the article and the page, so you can check at the source.

Does Roona turn a site meeting into minutes?

Yes. Record the meeting, up to two hours, or dictate your notes as you leave the site. Roona draws up the minutes from it: attendees, decisions, snags, actions by contractor and deadlines, in your template.

Do my projects stay confidential?

Yes. Encrypted in your browser, hosted in Europe, kept apart space by space, never used to train a model. The account can be deleted, GDPR and the European AI regulation respected.

Does Roona work inside Excel and Word?

Yes, in a pane to the right of the open file. In Excel, Roona reads the selected range and writes formulas, tables, formats and charts, in the syntax of your own Excel. In Word, Roona reads the outline and the styles and writes at the point you indicate.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Project memory is organised in spaces, one per project if you want, with separate access rights. The Business plan, on request and priced by number of seats, adds the accounts, shared credits, roles and an audit log.

What does it cost?

20 € excl. VAT per month and per account, no commitment: the assistant, document memory, the file generators, the Office add-ins and the Studio, 100 credits a month. A 14-day trial, no card required.
