Does the whole team have to be together on the same day?

No. Everyone sends their photos on their own, whenever it suits them. Roona then applies the same light, the same background and the same framing to every portrait: the team page stays consistent even if the photos were taken weeks apart.

How many photos do I need to provide?

One is enough to start. Up to six photos to multiply angles and keep the pack perfectly consistent.
